Company Overview

P2H is a service IT company with a product approach and 17 years of industry experience.

The company currently unites 450+ people. We are stable and safe. We are big enough to build good processes but small enough to avoid hierarchy and bureaucracy issues.

The company’s structure is flat: we have a management team plus development teams and clusters. Each of them shapes its own working processes in the best way to achieve its goals and ensure the most comfortable working conditions for itself. Since 2019 we switched over to the “remote first” format; you can work from any place where you feel comfortable or from an office if there’s one in your city.

The position has been opened in one of our units, the Main Division.

Main Delivery Unit

Our company was one of the first in the industry to provide the graphic design to HTML conversion service — PSD2HTML. Over the years, front-end technologies grew more advanced and sophisticated, and so did we. At the moment, we offer our clients a range of simple solutions to meet their specific business needs, starting from markup and a variety of CMSs and e-commerce platforms and ending with advanced JavaScript hybrid mobile apps.

The implementation of such projects is performed in distributed cross-functional clusters by using the following technologies: React Native, Vue.js, Angular, Node.js, Next.js, Gatsby, Redux, Electron, Bootstrap, WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Magento, BigCommerce, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP

P2H invites a communicable, responsible person with a good knowledge of English to join our Engagement team.

Your Impact

— processing new incoming requests
— familiarizing the client with the company / services
— analyzing the client and forecasting the profitability from cooperation
— investigating the client’s request and identifying the actual need of the client
— understanding the best way of handling the client’s request and referring the client to the proper team
— assisting the clients with the project estimation and answering the queries about the technologies / development process etc.
— communicating with the clients (via email / live chat / phone etc.) as well as with development teams / PMs / account managers / marketing team / financial and internal development departments

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

— strong communication, customer service and support skills
— strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— good spoken and written English Upper-Intermediate and above
— quick decision-making, flexibility
— high level of self-organization, attention to details
— self-motivated and responsible
— analytical mindset
— understanding how to work with Excel tables

Nice To Have

— previous experience in IT
— understanding of web development life cycle
