Three companies of the YASNO brand have three times topped the rating of Ukrainian electricity suppliers, compiled by the analytical center DiXi Group within the framework of the USAID project.Energy Efficiency Project Management ManagerYou Will Help Us Solve The Following TasksCarry out financial and technical analysis of projects for energy efficiency;Search/develop energy service and general contracting projects;Carry out technical and financial calculations to defend projects on investment committees;Provide technical support to related departments during the organization of tenders and in the preparation of contracts with counterparties;Carry out technical analysis of tender offers from counterparties;Monitor the project implementation at each stage (timelines, quality, achievement of performance indicators, etc.);Plan payments and revenues according to projects;Monitor the performance indicators of implemented projects;Prepare energy service acts and reports on implemented projects;Prepare information for press releases regarding implemented projects;Carry out energy audits;Conduct negotiations and meetings with customers and contractors;Carry out phased control of the scope of work performed by contractors in accordance with the calendar schedule;Perform technical calculations of the specific coefficient and percentage of savings according to the project;Prepare technical specifications and verification plans for project implementation;Prepare packages of documents for the tender procedure;Monitor contractors' completion of the verification period;Monitor the timely provision of equipment maintenance and warranty cases;Coordinate and participate in the customer's acceptance committee during the commissioning of facilities.You Are Our Candidate If You HaveHigher education (energy management, energy, electrical engineer, heat engineer, alternative energy, energy auditor in industry);5 years of experience in technical expertise of projects and project sales;Knowledge of technical terminology in English;Possession of a driver's license (category B);High level of Excel knowledge (macros);Experience in financial and technical analysis of projects for energy efficiency;Knowledge of the laws of Ukraine "On Energy Saving", "On the Introduction of New Investment Opportunities, Guaranteeing the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Business Entities for Large-Scale Energy Modernization" and "On Energy Efficiency of Buildings";Knowledge of the rules for installing electrical installations;Knowledge of the main regulatory legal acts on electric power issues, sectoral and inter-sectoral regulatory documents on technical and organizational issues of production activities of electric power facilities and entities;Knowledge of the principles of operation, technical characteristics, and design features of the main energy-intensive equipment of industrial and civil facilities;Experience in calculating the specific coefficient and percentage of savings of projects;Experience in managing and conducting energy efficiency projects in industry;Skills in working with large amounts of information and numbers, analytical skills.What Awaits YouA team of professionals;Interesting projects;Professional development;Career growth opportunities;Useful trainings and team-building activities;Psychological support;Gifts for decoration and on the occasion of significant events (holidays, birth of a child, etc.);“Thank You” appreciation program with the opportunity to receive cool merch;And of course: official employment, competitive pay (always timely and transparent compensation), annual bonus, medical insurance;Location: Kyiv (UNIT CITY).
