We are looking for active, proactive people capable of self-discipline who want to learn the current profession of a recruiter.
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Your duties:- search for candidates for vacancies in Poland (mainly production and warehouses) with the help of various methods: job sites, announcements, advertising in social networks, etc. - you yourself choose convenient methods of work
- maintaining your own client base in the CRM system of our company
- consulting candidates in the employment process
Earnings are completely up to you: we pay a fee for each recruit candidate + rate.
