Currently, we have already opened more than 200 stores and two offices in Kyiv and Lviv.

About the team:

Our HR team consists of 13 super professionals. We are looking for an ambitious and talented colleague to join our team so that together we can continue to create the best employer brand LPP Ukraine

So, the main tasks of the position:

• Implementation of the internal communication strategy, development and implementation of projects aimed at increasing awareness, involvement, loyalty and motivation of employees;
• Participation in the creation and implementation of the LPP employer brand strategy - here you can implement your boldest ideas;
• Preparation of content in accordance with the tasks and needs of the company in the external and internal communication;
• Maintain external communications to attract new talent and maintain a positive image of the company on the labor market
• Participate in internal and partner events;
• Manage social company networks (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram);

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (experience in other creative niches will be a plus);
• English in "can speak, can understand" levels (B1)
• Proficient in tools for creating visual content (Canva, PowerPoint, Figma are your best friends)
