You will work in the direction of People Operations and closely interact with the Recruiting team.

What challenges await you:

* Creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase employer brand recognition among candidates.

* Launch of targeted advertising campaigns in social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to increase coverage and attract candidates.

* Monitoring, optimization and analysis of advertising campaign results.

* Budget management and cost optimization.

* Copywriting and creation of creatives for advertising campaigns.

* Close cooperation with recruiters to understand current hiring needs and adapt marketing activities.

What experience is relevant to this position:

* 1+ year of experience as a marketer, SMM, or employer brand manager in IT companies.

* Confident experience with basic marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

* Skills in creating and processing creatives (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) and copywriting.

* Ability to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in social networks to optimize strategies and budgets.

* High responsibility for the execution of turnkey tasks and argumentation of the results.

* You are a team player and can talk about your implemented projects.
