We are currently looking for a talented junior specialist in the recruitment and employer brand development department at EY. The main mission of our department is to attract the best talents, strengthening the company's reputation as an attractive place for career growth. Responsibilities

SMM:

< ul>

development and implementation of the SMM strategy, management of the company's social networks (Instagram, FB, Telegram);

coverage of Employer Brand activities, interaction with the audience in social networks;

generation of unique content in social networks (text, photo and video).

p>EB Management:

participation in the creation and implementation of the employer brand strategy, analysis of its effectiveness and adjustments actions;
participation in labor market monitoring and competitor analysis;
help in generating ideas and organizing various initiatives and events (online/offline) in order to find and attract targeted candidates;
li>
participation in establishing contact with mass media, universities, student communities etc. organizations for further partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in creative niches (SMM / Employer Branding / Marketing / PR);
level of English language proficiency – from B2, fluency in Ukrainian language;
experience working with graphic and video editors (Adobe / Canva / Figma / CapCut, etc.);
experience creating text, photo and video content for social networks;
activity, sociability, initiative, creative thinking;
ability to work in the mode multitasking and turnkey tasks.
