Embedded Developer (with communication expertise) in FRDM Group

We are looking for an Embedded Developer

Requirements:

• C programming , C++/QT, Python;
• Understanding Network protocols, namely RTSP, RTP, MPEGTS, etc.;
• Linux experience on embedded platforms (Raspberry Pi and others);
• Experience with Buildroot or Yocto or similar tools and a desire to deepen this knowledge;
• Basic skills in working with measuring and electrical equipment;
• Knowledge of communication protocols of embedded systems: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232;
• Experience in hardware and software integration solutions;
• Experience in finding and debugging problems on embedded systems;
• Clear communication;
• English language at the level of reading technical documentation and communicating with engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the full life cycle of embedded software: design, development, documentation, testing and verification of implemented solutions;
• Analysis and systematic problem solving in accordance with project requirements;

• Cooperation with circuit engineer;
• Participation in device tests in the field conditions.

It would be a plus:

• Schematic engineering - at the level of ability to read schematics and interact with electronic engineers;
• Experience with STM32 microcontrollers;
• Experience with Mavlink protocol and Ardupilot ;
• Experience with Gstreamer/FFMPEG or other multimedia frameworks;
• Experience in developing communication systems and data transmission;
• Experience in working with LoRa;
• Experience in working with UAVs.
