Embedded developer (Right Bank) in MilTech Recruitment

Our client, a manufacturer of fpv drones for the military, invites an experienced Embedded developer.

You are our candidate if you:

• have an understanding of the principles of embedded devices (experience with drones is a plus, but not mandatory); 
• are able to understand existing Embedded Linux systems and ready-made solutions; 
• confidently use git; 
• have worked with Linux at the level of a confident user and understand its basic structure; 
• have experience working with Embedded Linux (settings, working with applications); 
• you understand the principles of data exchange between processes and devices (IPC, TCP/IP, UDP, serial interfaces); 
• know the C programming language (knowledge of C++ and Python is an advantage); 
• worked with single-board computers (Raspberry Pi or similar); 
• have experience or general understanding of Buildroot (will be a plus); 
• have a basic understanding of microcontrollers and features of working with them (STM32, ESP32).

Your main tasks will be:

• development, support and development of applications in C/C++ and Python for Embedded Linux systems; 
• work with existing projects: adding new functions, fixing errors, improving stability; 
• debugging and testing of applications on target hardware; 
• participation in optimization and improvement of existing solutions; 
• creation of new solutions
