Basic requirements for the candidate:
-Experience of working with the eSputnik service (setting up chains of trigger messages, creating newsletters together with designers)
-Introduction to GMS, TurboSMS services
-Ability to analyze client databases, draw conclusions, form and test hypotheses to achieve KPIs
-Knowledge of Excel

Main functionality:
-Synchronization of all activities in the Retention channel plan
Building communication with customers based on an analytical approach using a wide range of Retention tools
-Synchronization of activities with the loyalty program
-Planning (communication and budgeting), regular reporting.
-Achieving set KPIs
-Managing the outflow of the customer base.
