• Has 1 year of experience in the IT field in a related position. (development, related to the e-commerce sphere)

• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Has a general understanding of Klaviyo and e-commerce platforms (preferred, but not required).

• Quickly generates ideas and solutions that will interest the team and the client.

To Responsibilities of Email Marketing Specialist in IMPRO includes:

• Analysis and monitoring of the client's business from the technical side for setting up effective email campaigns.

• Participation in the development of the strategy for the client and ensuring its implementation according to the agreements.

• Configuration and optimization of workflows and email campaigns in marketing platforms (we mainly work in Klaviyo, less often in Activecampaign, Mailchimp,Customer.io /li>

• Segmentation of the audience and analysis of campaign results to improve the effectiveness of communications.

• Preparation of reports based on the results of the work performed, providing explanations and recommendations for their improvement.

• Adherence to deadlines and the ability to work effectively under limited time.

• Participating in client calls to discuss strategies and results.

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards at all stages of project implementation.

• Testing email distributions on various devices, operating systems and mail clients (Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft Office, Apple Mail, etc.).

• Exploring new trends in ESP, deliverability, segmentation, personalization and implementation of best practices.

• Professional certification in the operation of the marketing platform.
