Our mission is to make every trip accessible, comfortable and unforgettable at all stages of interaction with our brand.We are looking for experienced (especially on the technical part of the work), creative email marketer who will help us strengthen customer relationships, increase brand awareness and increase sales through effective email campaigns.You are a proactive, responsible and ambitious specialist who wants to take a new step in his career and do the best email marketing in an international travel project.You will play a key role in developing and implementing our marketing strategy to communicate with customers at all stages of their journey.INFOBUS is your chance to realize your ambitions in email marketing on the international market! 🌎What will you do: 💼Strategic planning and management: 🧠Management and adjustment of email marketing strategy: Joint creation and implementation of an email marketing strategy for INFOBUS.Managing regular email campaigns: Planning regular mailings, automatic chains of letters, promotional campaigns and other types of email communications.Subscriber base segmentation: Dividing the database into groups based on interests, behavior, demographic data and other criteria for more personalized mailings.Subscriber base management: Maintaining and expanding the subscriber base through various acquisition channels (website, application, social networks, chatbots).Budgeting: Planning and control of the email marketing budget, including costs for mailing services, design, content, contractors, etc.Competitor analysis: Research competitors' email marketing strategies to identify best practices and opportunities for INFOBUS.Interaction with other departments: setting tasks for the development department (dev), interaction with the marketing director (CMO) and product marketing manager (marketing product manager), control and interaction with contractors via email (email marketing agency).Building the right multilingual communication strategy.Creating and sending email newsletters: 🎨Content development: Writing texts, creating layouts, selecting images and other elements for email newsletters.Layout of letters: Adaptation of layouts for correct display on different devices and email clients.Setting up automatic email chains: Creating trigger mailings based on subscriber actions (registration, purchase, abandoned cart, etc.).Sending newsletters: Using a mailing service to send email campaigns and automated sequences.A/B testing: Conducting tests on various email elements (subject, header, call to action, etc.) to determine the most effective options.Analysis and optimization: 📈Tracking and analyzing indicators: Monitoring key email marketing metrics (deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes, conversions, etc.).Optimization: Making changes to the strategy, content and technical implementation of email marketing based on analysis of the results.Reporting: Preparation of regular reports on email marketing results for the Marketing Director (CMO) INFOBUS.Technical aspects: 🛠️Setting up and optimizing ESP “eSputnik”: setting up the functions of the eSputnik service, its integration with CRM and other INFOBUS systems.Working with HTML and CSS: Basic knowledge for layout of letters and troubleshooting display problems.Ensuring deliverability: Monitoring the sender's reputation, compliance with the rules of mail services to prevent letters from falling into spam.Data protection: Compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data when collecting, storing and using subscriber data, incl. GDPR.Requirements: ✅At least 3 years of experience in an Email Marketing Manager or similar position, of which at least 1 year of experience working remotely.From 1 year of experience with ESP “eSputnik”.Experience in Travel or Ecommerce domain is required.Experience with b2c, products with at least 100,000 MAU.Strong systems thinking skills to connect the dots along the customer journey with our brand.Proactivity and sense of responsibility for the final product.English (B1).Working with other direct communication channels (sms, web-push, on-site notifications, in-app notifications, messengers).Deep understanding of the technical aspects of working with the email channel (database validation, etc.).Knowledge of the customer life cycle and brand interactions at each stage.Knowledge of key email marketing metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate).Experience with analytical tools for email database analysis, traffic analysis and creating database segments (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, etc.).It will be an advantage if you meet some of the following points: 🚀You have had successful experience working either on the side of start-ups or in already developed products in international markets.You have experience working not only with B2C, but also with B2B products.You are the eSputnik guru. You know all the nuances of working with this platform, you have implemented product recommendations, push notifications, in-app and other platform services. Fully integrated the service into mobile applications, worked with API and SDK, etc.You can demonstrate not only a portfolio of successful projects, but also tell in detail about your major failures and what experience you gained in the process of solving them.You graduated from a good technical university.You're data hungry. I am ready to dive into all the details ofclient data with the analyst and form advanced communication based on it (through personalization, triggers, etc.). If the data you need is not available, you initiate the collection yourself and write a technical specification (TOR).You have worked in travel projects, and it is important for you to realize yourself in this area.Your understanding of creativity goes beyond writing headlines, subject lines, and content.You are ready to offer new solutions and approaches to work in terms of loyalty programs, competitions, promotions, integrations with other brands and any other activities that you consider necessary to achieve your ambitious goals.
