About the team:

The Prom.ua marketing team is responsible for the brand and its perception. Creates and places advertising. Engages in attracting and retaining customers. Conducts research that affects business decisions.

The mission of direct marketing is to send the right messages at the right time to help customers quickly find what they need and provide the best customer experience.

Currently we want to strengthen the team, which already has a team leader and one direct marketer, so we are looking for one more direct marketer who likes to experiment and is not afraid of challenges. In this role, the specialist will work with the Retention product team, developers, testers, analysts, products, designers and research team.

Important for this role:

• mandatory experience with eSputnik - ability to configure scripts, work with events and dynamic content
• focus on working with mobile pushes, which make up 90% of our communications (experience working with them will be an advantage)
• love and interest in texts - the ability to write texts with a clear message for pushes or vibes, adhering to the voice of the brand (work will be paired with an editor)
• willingness to take responsibility for the assigned area and independently manage tasks
• ability to work in a team, independent decision-making and attention to detail
• ability to work with a large number of scenarios, organize information and lead documentation
• perseverance - the ability to look for several options for solving the same problem and be ready to continue, even if the first (or third) attempt did not work

Tasks:

The team has already set up all the best practices of direct marketing and added some of their own, but there is always room for experiments Therefore, the main task is to look for non-standard solutions and implement them through AB testing.
Area of ​​responsibility:

• maintaining and improving existing trigger scripts
• creating new triggers communication chains for different segments and new products
• conducting many AB tests to find the best solutions
• working with mobile pushes, because this is our key channel
• analysis of direct communications indicators and search for growth points
