Email Marketing Specialist & Assistant in New International Performing Arts Institute / NIPAI

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in enhancing our digital marketing efforts. This role involves crafting impactful email marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience, including students, educators, and performing arts professionals, to increase engagement and promote our innovative programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement direct email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate NIPAI’s vision and course offerings.
• Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Produce detailed reports on sales revenue generated through email marketing efforts.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage email databases for lead generation, and segment lists to target specific customer segments.
• Conduct A/B testing across various campaigns to identify the most effective approaches.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Email Marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
• Understanding of email marketing concepts, analytics, and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in using marketing automation technology and tools.
• Creative flair in crafting engaging content tailored to a diverse, global audience.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri: 9:00-18:00 (Berlin time)
• Sat: 9:00-12:00 (Berlin time)
• Sun: day off
  All official holidays according to the German calendar are days off.
