What you will do: Preparation of newsletters in various communication channels in a team with a copywriter and designer (email, viber, sms, web-push, mob-push) . Implementation of multi / omni-channel communication Development and implementation of channel development strategy and communication map Automation of communication. Setting up trigger mailings, preparing TK for developers Constantly improving the effectiveness of mailings.
