You will be directly (hands-on) managing 3 to 4 e-commerce brands, with the help of a Marketing Coordinator, a Conversion Copywriter, and an Email Designer. The role will require technical proficiency, analytical skills, and creativity. Key Responsibilities:You will be the primary point of contact for the clients you manage directly.You will present a performance report every 2 weeks, per client, emphasizing actionable, data-driven insights and clear next stepsYou will design high-performing automations and user journeys, ranging from simple lead conversion and customer onboarding flows, to subscription-related and loyalty workflows, to completely custom bespoke strategiesYou will develop content calendars and write clear campaign briefs for our content team, guiding them to produce the best possible content they can so we hit performance targets Like everybody else, you will be the face of YOCTO. This means you will keep yourself accountable to the highest standard of work so we can maintain our spotless reputation in the industry. Qualifications:1 to 3 years of hands-on experience using Klaviyo, in either a) an ecommerce email/sms marketing agency or b) in-house e-commerce brand. Experience working with CPG / subscription-based business models is a big plus. Exceptional communication skills, high empathy, and meticulous attention to detail.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and act on data, including channel data (e.g., Klaviyo metrics), ecommerce data (e.g., Shopify metrics), and customer-level data (e.g., cohort analysis, purchase latency analysis, etc.). Proficient with digital collaboration tools, specifically Slack, ClickUp, Gsuit, and eagerness to adopt new technologies. Other Considerations:This is a 100% remote contractor position; you will be responsible for your own taxes and social security.Weekday availability is required. The starting work hours range from 9AM-11AM and end at 5PM-7PM.
