Email Marketing Specialist in Boosta Inc

We, Boosta, are an international IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects and our own investment fund Burner. Boosta was founded in 2014 and since then the number of boosters has grown to 600+. We are actively developing and creating cool career opportunities for our specialists!

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage email marketing and increase retention rates.

We already have direct sales funnel processes in place and products that generate five-figure monthly revenue for businesses, deliver value to partners and are now ready to scaling.

Key tasks:

• Creating and managing mailings (manual, automatic, triggered).
• Writing texts and content preparation (banners, STAs, bonus offers).
• Audience segmentation and personalization of communications.
• Conducting A/B tests (letter topics, design, content).
• Analysis of metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion) and preparation of reports.
• Communication with affiliates regarding bonus offers.
• Optimization and implementation of successful practices into templates.
• Ensuring email compliance with Google requirements and I-Gaming trends.
• Documentation of processes and results tests.

Tools:

• Email platform: Brevo (ex. Sendinblue).
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets.
• Teams: Slack, Notion, Jira.
• Design: Figma (basic skills).
• Typesetting: HTML/CSS (understanding the basics).

We expect you to:

< li>2+ years of experience in email marketing (B2C/Consumer Services).
• Confident work with email platforms (Brevo/Mailchimp).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for adapting templates.
• Analytical skills (Google Sheets, basic SQL analytics - a plus).
• English at B1+ level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in I-Gaming or with partner programs.
• Working with trigger mailings.
• Basic Figma skills for quick edits.
