We are looking for a Retention Manager (Middle) for the DIM.RIA team
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">The primary focus of this role is to drive user retention, improve user experience and influence DIM.RIA product development
Your tasks will be:
- generation and validation of ideas for the launch and optimization of communication campaigns;
- management of multi-channel campaigns and mailings: email, SMS, Viber, app push, in-app;
- implementation A/B testing;
- analysis of results and formation of conclusions to improve key metrics;
- creating and working with individual audience segments;
- interaction with product teams for construction of a holistic user path;
- preparation of reporting on campaign results.
Experience and skills required:
- experience of working with various communication channels (email, in-app, push, SMS, Viber, messengers) from 1 year;
- ability to segment the audience;
- understanding of user retention metrics;
- skills in working with data and analyzing results;
- ability to work with services for launching newsletters (eSputnik, Unisender, Sendios, SendPulse, Mailchimp).< /li>
Also, your advantages will be:
