These tasks include developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, conducting A/B tests for various audiences, and continuously evaluating and improving the effectiveness of retention strategies. Additionally, you will need experience with retention metrics and tools such as CRM systems and Customer.io. Responsibilities: control of the strategy and its step-by-step implementation. analyzing results and adjusting. A\B test for different audiences. monitoring relevant metrics for customer goals and keeping account overviews. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a similar position. Will be a plus: Experience with Customer.io. Experience with retention metrics. English skills - at least B1. Knowledge tools: CRM system, Customer.io, Fast track.Benefits:Full-time with flexible hours from 9 (10) to 18 (19) Monday-Friday.Paid vacation in the amount of 20 working days, 12 paid public holidays and 12 paid sick leave.Availability of a relocation package.
