Requirements:

• 1.5 — 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the gambling or related entertainment industries.
• Experience with email domain warm up, work with Google Postmaster or similar tools.
• Proficient in CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Meticulous in campaign execution and list management, ensuring high quality and compliance standards.
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to achieve business goals
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging email content.
• Use data-driven insights to segment the customer base and personalize email communications to increase engagement and conversion rates. Work with different types of comms (email, nc, pop-up, sms)
• Design and execute A/B tests to continually optimize email/sms/nc/pop-up performance, including subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated email workflows that guide customers through the lifecycle, from onboarding to loyalty.
• Maintain and grow email lists, ensuring data integrity and hygiene.
