Email Marketing Manager in CLARYFI

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to face interesting challenges! These tasks include developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, conducting A/B tests for various audiences, and continually evaluating and improving the effectiveness of retention strategies. Additionally, you will need experience with retention metrics and tools such as CRM systems and Customer.io.

Work is possible in the next locations: 

• Odessa, Ukraine.

• Varna, Bulgaria (the company provides a relocation package).

Responsibilities:

• Control of the strategy and its step-by-step implementation.

• Analyzing results and adjusting.

• A\B test for different audience.

• Monitoring relevant metrics for customer goals and keeping account overviews.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Customer.io.

• Experience with retention metrics.

• English skills - at least В1.

Knowledge tools: CRM system, Customer.io.
