We invite you to your team retention marketing specialist to work with the client base of online projects company.

Requirements:

• Experience in creating and managing e-mail newsletters (preferably in the field of e-commerce or in a similar field) from 1 year.
• Good skills copywriting, competent and stylish written Ukrainian language
• Skills for working with user segmentation
• Basic understanding of the principles of logical operators
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (skills for working with modern designers to create a layout and the ability to adapt e-mail to different gadgets)
• Understanding the main performance indicators of email marketing
• Creativity and attention to details
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions
• Understanding the principles of Internet marketing

Responsibilities:

• Creating and configuring email newsletters (working with eSputnik, Viber service)
• Building effective interaction with designers, marketing team and other departments to achieve common goals
< li>Preparation of reporting and performance analysis across communication channels and customer segments
• Ensuring effective communication with customers due to audience segmentation and development of personalized marketing messages.
• Generation of new ideas and their implementation to improve key performance indicators
• Identification of key trends and patterns in customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies

• Skills of working with GA4
• Skills of working with graphic editors
• Experience of working in 1c
• Skills of working with Looker Sudio and with similar services
• Understanding the principles of Google Ads and Facebook Ads advertising systems
• Experience in developing and configuring chatbots for e-commerce
