What you will do:

• Develop and implement e-mail campaigns to increase loyalty and return customers;
• Write attractive texts and create visually interesting mailings;
• Design chains of automatic letters (welcome series, trigger mailings, etc.);
• Perform A/B testing, analyze results and implement improvements;
• Segment customer base for personalized approach;
• Work with indicators (OR, CTR, CR) and constantly improve them;
• Interact with a team of designers, copywriters and analysts.
