If you are creative, detail-oriented, and love team spirit, then our Middle Email Designer vacancy is just for you.We are looking for someone who:Is proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and tools for creating simple animations and GIFs;Has experience in email marketing;Has a general understanding of Klaviyo, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign (this is a plus, but not required);Quickly generates ideas;Is able to accept constructive criticism and analyze mistakes;Is a great team player;Effectively manages their time and prioritizes tasks.The responsibilities of a designer at IMPRO include:Creating attractive email layouts that capture the audience's attention, increase click rates, and boost product sales;Working with clients and brand styles, analyzing, and developing ideas and concepts;Understanding the technical aspects of design, including composition, color, fonts, etc.;Understanding copywriting, as text and design are closely related;The ability to work within tight deadlines and meet them.We:Always pay salaries on time;Provide official employment;Create a comfortable working atmosphere for you;Value weekends and time off;Support learning: if you need courses, we will pay for them according to the length of your cooperation (the compensation amount increases for those who stay with us longer);Learn English (3 groups of different levels).
