You understand that the ultimate goal of any PPC campaign is to generate revenue for the business, and ROAS is a critical metric that allows you to track the effectiveness of your advertising spend in generating that revenue.Exposure to growth marketing areas beyond paid media, such as product marketing, SEO, and retention marketing. This will help you have a more holistic view of growth, enabling you to identify cross-channel opportunities and develop a comprehensive growth strategy.Experience in managing and developing high-performance marketing teams, with a track record of building and coaching successful teams to achieve their goals. This includes setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and development. You will also have experience in creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Work Commitment:This role is full-time and will need to overlap with US ET for the majority of the workday.
