Electronics service engineer in Krones Ukrayina, TOV

Description of work:

• Installation and start-up of various bus systems (Bus-system)
• Checking inputs/outputs of programmable logic controllers on machines in the line (i/o tests with PLC at the machine or line), troubleshooting
• Laying internal cabling in the machine
• Setting up the system for exchanging signals between different machines
• Backup copying data of individual systems in the machine on the line
• Checking the direction of rotation of individual drives before starting the machine
• Setting the parameters of each individual motor
• setting the communication and data transfer from the PLC to the LDS program
• testing the HMI interface and functional testing
• setting the SDC transmission between different axes in the machine
• Composing and filling in safety protocols
• Implementation return of documentation and current Backup through the KroZip program
• Programming ZenOn, Siemens STEP 7,
• Configuration of B&R, Acopos, Danfoss
• Installation of cable systems, cable laying
• Installation, positioning, connection of electrical cabinets and operator panels
• Configuration of communication between machines and data servers
• Checking and configuration of jam switches or light barriers
• Setting up the operation of the machine / line conveyors (adjusting the parameters of the engine/s, setting the machine emptying signals, measuring the friction coefficient, synchronizing the unloading conveyors with the machine conveyors and subsequent accumulation conveyors)
• Searching for drawings, documentation or descriptions for machines in the SAP system
• Reading drawings and plans to equipment
• Reading of electronic diagrams

All work is performed at the location of the customer's equipment within and outside of Ukraine (if possible).

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• knowledge of Krones equipment,

* knowledge of Step 7, ASI-bus, ASI-Safety-at-work, Profibus, Profinet, Danfoss, ZenOn, B&R, Acopos

• technical education,

• an experienced user of a PC, Outlook and other MS Office programs (Word, Excel)

• good knowledge of the English language (writing, reading, speaking)

• possession of a driver's license (category B)
