Editing Director/Thumbnail Designer in MY UA LLC

We are looking for a video editor/preview designer (Premiere + Photoshop) for the network of YouTube channels.
Channel topics: politics, news, esoterics. (simple):
- substitute graphics according to the template
- cut the beginning/end and technical defects
- clean the sound- export and fill the video

Design of previews (thumbnails):
- creation of covers according to ready-made templates
- work with composition, color, fonts
- quick reaction to tasks that come during of the day

 Requirements:
- mastery of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop- accuracy, speed, responsibility
- ability to work according to a template and adhere to the style
- be in touch during working hours and respond quickly

It will be a plus:
- the ability to go to the studio several times a week (Kyiv center)
- experience working with YouTube content
- sense of composition and colors
- stream skills in OBS/Vmix (not necessary, we will teach)
