Editing director in Guys Who Shoot

We are Guys Who Shoot, a creative video production company that specializes in creating bright digital campaigns, commercials, branded content and animation projects. We work with leading agencies, brands and teams that value style, quality and clear production.

We are looking for a Middle+ level video editor who creates not just a video, but a result that you want to watch again and again. You don't just "glue frames together" — you think in terms of stories, work with rhythm and influence the viewer's emotions.

We need a person who feels the video, sees the whole picture and is not afraid to take responsibility for the final result.

If you are not about patterns, but about character - let's get acquainted.

You will be comfortable with us if you:

• Have a strong portfolio (advertising / YouTube / fashion / clips content);
• You work confidently in DaVinci Resolve (must have);
• You know Premiere / After Effects - will be a big plus;
• You think like a director of editing, not like a “button pusher”;
• You feel the rhythm and know how to tell a story through editing;
• You work with sound and choose music based on emotion, not just BPM;
• Able to work with a team (motion designers, producers, creative);
• You bring the work to the level of "perfect", not "normal".

What you will do:

• Edit videos for YouTube, advertising campaigns, online courses, brand manifestos;
• Work in a team with a director, creative producer, designers and copywriters;
• Influence the style, dynamics and final delivery of a video;
• Work in an office in Kyiv — fast communication, lively team energy and strong results.

Important:
