Economist (production) in Quantum Systems Ukraine

Quantum Systems — an international company specializing in innovative solutions for production, invites an Economist for materials accounting and production analytics to the team. We are looking for a professional who will ensure the accuracy of material accounting and product costing, control operations in the NetSuite system, and also provide analytics for effective cost management and planning.

Primary responsibilities:

• Issuance and closing of production orders (Work Orders) in NetSuite.
• Control of write-off of materials, serial numbers and correctness of assemblies.
• Performance of balance adjustments based on primary documents.
• Monitoring of stocks in workshops and warehouses, organization inventory.
• Analysis of production costs, preparation of cost analytics and reports for procurement and planning.
• Interaction with foremen, warehouse, purchasing department and finance department.

Requirements to the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in production economy or controlling.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle - desirable; 1C - mandatory).
• Proficiency in Excel, preferably knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of principles management and accounting.
• English - level B1 (preferred).
