In connection with the expansion of our business, we are looking for an Economist for material and technical support (customer disposition) in Boryspil. Functional duties: Determination of the need for material resources and establishment of calendar dates for their delivery according to client orders ;Receiving orders from the client in the SAP system and monitoring their timely execution;Communication with the client regarding the coordination of delivery terms and settlement of debts in case of delays;Organization of special deliveries in case of force majeure;Control of stocks of finished products in the warehouse;Processing of orders for samples; Control and processing of deliveries related to the return of customer raw materials; Analysis of orders and preparation of reports; Processing of claims and invoices for them received from the client; Participation in the implementation of engineering changes, introduction or withdrawal of the finished product from/from production; Work with B2B customer portals. Our requirements: Complete higher education (area: business economics, finance, logistics); English language proficiency at a high level; Work experience from 1 year; Confident PC user (MS Office), Experience in SAP and 1C will be an advantage; the ability to analyze a large amount of data; leadership qualities and analytical abilities, the ability to takedecisive decisions and the ability to learn quickly; Internal discipline, the ability to work in a team, an active life position, focus on results.
