The chief specialist of the monitoring department for the implementation of contracts for primary medical care/specialized medical care/reimbursement of the monitoring department. Main functional duties: 1. Development and submission of proposals for the implementation of the procedure for monitoring compliance by medical service providers with the terms of contracts on medical care of the population regarding primary medical care2. Analysis of the reporting of medical service providers regarding the list and volume of medical services provided under contracts for medical care of the population under the program of medical guarantees for primary medical care3. Monitoring the execution of contracts by: sending requests to the provider containing a list of documents and/or information that must be submitted to the NSZU; implementation of monitoring visits in accordance with the internal procedures of the National Health Service4. Work with information contained in the electronic health care system and/or other state information systems (registers). 5. Development and implementation of methodologies, algorithms, techniques, theoretical approaches, practical procedures and tools for monitoring. Basic requirements for candidates: Complete higher education (specialist, master's degree) in the specialty "Law", "Economics" or "Accounting and Audit" Work experience in the specialty at least two years. Additional requirements: Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access), working with the Internet and e-mail (Outlook Express), Google DocsWriting documents, analytical skillsExperience in monitoring (inspections), writing analytical reports, acts / conclusions based on the results of inspections. Personal qualities: Initiative, stress resistance, ability to work in multitasking mode
