Economist in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a Financial Economist who will provide clear planning and analysis of all financial processes of the company. Your role is to oversee the efficient allocation of resources so that every production step is supported by accurate calculations and timely funding.

In our sector, accuracy is critical. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and contracts are on schedule and that management has a clear picture of the financial status of projects. We are looking for a specialist who knows how to see real processes behind the numbers and ensure their stability.

Key tasks:

• Collection, analysis and consolidation of data on labor costs and expenses TMC
• Collection and processing of financial and economic data in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
• Analysis of data, search for errors and discrepancies
• Interaction with other departments of the company (accounting, production, warehouse) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and economic information
• Entering planning documents in 1C and ERP (with time)
• Creating forms on labor costs and tmc costs per product
• Working with the nomenclature and composition of products
• Reports by direction

Expectations from the candidate:

• Relevant experience in manufacturing companies
• Experience of working with state defense orders (will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of the provisions of accounting and other regulatory legal acts regarding the procedure of accounting and financial reporting
• Availability of a higher economic (or technical) education
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine on regulation of the enterprise's economic activity
• Experienced user of Excel (must be formulas for working with data arrays, complex formulas, summary tables), 1C 8.3, Word
• High analytical abilities, attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, ability to learn quickly
