Economist-analyst (Central office of VARUS)

What we expect from you (Requirements):

• Education: Complete higher economic or financial education.

• Experience: From 2 years of work as an economist, financial analyst (experience in retail will be an advantage).

• Skills: * Ability to work with large arrays of data.

  • High level of mastery of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).

  • Developed analytical thinking and attention to details.

  • Experience with accounting systems (1C, SAP or similar).

What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Indicator control: Analysis of budget implementation, identification and explanation of the reasons for deviations (Plan vs Actual).

• Efficiency: In-depth analysis of costs and profitability of individual divisions companies.

• Methodology: Creating new analytical tools and training staff to work with them.

• Digitalization: Participation in projects to automate financial and management processes.

• Planning: Direct participation in budgeting and strategic financial processes planning.

• Consulting: Participation in the development and justification of financial and economic solutions for business development.
