Your main tasks will be:

• Analyzing the Company's compliance with the requirements of the law in the field of public procurement under the time of the procurement procedure, the conclusion of the procurement contract and during its validity with the aim of preventing violations of the legislation in the field of public procurement; inspections and official investigations into the facts of possible violations.

We expect from you:

• Higher legal or economic education;
• Experience in positions related to public procurement;
• Knowledge of legislation on procurement and related issues legislative and regulatory acts on procurement issues;
• Knowledge of the functionality, structure and principles of the electronic procurement system;
• Ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (notexpired) and others.
