Economic security analyst in Vyriy

We are currently looking for an economic security analyst who will be a "bridge" between data, risks and management decisions. A person who can understand complex information, build a clear system of analytics and reporting, identify risks and transform dry numbers into clear insights.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Forming and updating reports that are required for regular control (the movement of materials at the facility, discrepancies in inventories, purchasing for risky positions, etc.)
• Performance of primary data analysis (search for anomalies, sudden changes, suspicious movements)
• Preparation of summary data/dashboards for prompt response (where is burning, where are the largest amounts, where to check)
• Work with data in ERP/CRM and other systems, make samples and unloadings.
• Calculation of the economic effect (savings from optimization, the amount of avoided losses, the amount of detected losses)

Requirements for the candidate:

• From 1-2 years of experience in positions: analyst (financial, business, operational), economist-analyst, internal specialist control/audit);
• Practical experience: — experience with accounting/ERP systems (data extraction, reports, analyses); — work with tables (pivotal tables, filters, formulas, reports); — analysis of data on movements, balances, expenses; — preparation of reports for management;
• It will be a plus: — Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level); — Ability to use BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); — Participation in projects where it was necessary to look for data anomalies; explain discrepancies in numbers, calculate the economic effect;
