The company's reach is global, providing a variety of cards, gifts, and ornaments for many special occasions.Responsibilities:Contribute to planning, executing, and measuring all aspects of Quality and Testing.Support the development of a testing strategy focused on improving eCommerce software quality and testing efficiency.Implementing a functional testing approach for regression and feature testing of eCommerce sites, ensuring coverage across devices, browsers, operating systems, and regional sites/languages.Provide QA status updates to the scrum team and key stakeholders.Collaborate with team members to identify and reduce the risk of a poor user experience and/or loss of sales.Contribute to learning feedback to the product/development teams to continuously improve the product and development process.Develop functional test cases for functional testing.Work with Business Analysts and Product Managers to understand features/functionality being developed and help establish test cases to validate standard and edge cases.Collaborate with development teams for system integration test case development and testing.Log and validate defects with the Business and Customer Care teams, and communicate status changes to the defect owner.Contribute to defining test automation strategies and assist with implementing them to improve eCommerce software quality, script performance, and maintainability.Assist in overseeing quality assurance processes for Salesforce e-commerce applications (Commerce, Service, Marketing clouds) and other key digital platforms (CMS, PCM, CDP, CRM).Regularly participate in team discussions and contribute to improving the quality of products.Report defects and follow up on their resolution.Analyze test results, report metrics, and prepare test reports.Communicate progress proactively within the team and to stakeholders.Measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of testing processes.Create a test plans, ensuring adequate coverage across the latest devices, operating systems, browsers, and languages/locales.Contribute to integrated testing solutions involving cross-dependencies between teams and systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance.3+ years of experience testing web and client-server applications.3+ years of experience using defect tracking tools.3+ years of experience developing test deliverables such as test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.Experience in Functional, Integration, System, End-to-End, Regression, Unit testing.Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and test cycles, including test approach and case reviews.Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience in automation testing is a plus.Show more
