It receives significant investment and attention to drive rapid expansion.Job descriptionThe eCommerce Marketplace Operations Manager oversees operational activities and strategic initiatives across all international marketplaces, predominantly focusing on Amazon (but not exclusively), and reports to the Vice President of Global Retail.Generate and oversee replenishment shipments to ensure stock optimization.Lead the creation and optimization of product listings, including attributions, backend keywords, reviews, visual assets, titles, and descriptions (SEO).Oversee the submission and resolution of cases on marketplace platforms.Manage relationships with relevant marketplace counterparts, predominantly the Vendor Manager.Manage and optimize pricing rules.Manage enrollment in marketplace programs (e.g. Brand Registry, Premium Beauty).Qualifications Must have at least 3 years of experience in brand-side operations management on Amazon.com (Amazon.de and Amazon.co.uk- advantage). This experience must include inventory management, listing creation, SEO, and case submission and resolution.1P experience is a must. Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.In-depth knowledge of Amazon processes, programs, and strategies. Ex-Amazon is an advantage.Excellent English, both spoken and written.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on impact, and adjust plans dynamically to meet changing business needs.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketplace data, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.Strong learning abilities and passion for learning.Diligent and goal-oriented.LocationCandidates located outside Israel: fully remote.Candidates located in Israel: hybrid work from the office (in Airport City) and home.Show more Show less Type of employment Full-time
