In connection with the emergence of a new direction, an E-Commerce Manager (with KAMa experience) is looking to join the team. Main goal: As an E-Commerce Manager, you will play a key role in the development of the online channel, supporting the Company's strategy. The main focus is on establishing new partnerships and managing key accounts to achieve sales targets and optimize the online store. Requirements: 5 years of experience working in international FMCG companies in the field of sales; Experience in managing key accounts (eCommerce is desirable). Knowledge and understanding of the main players in FMCG market; Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends; Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; Confident PC user (Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI, etc.) English language skills - conversational level Key Responsibilities :Increasing online sales:Establishing key partnerships with e-commerce market players.Identifying new growth opportunities.Using data to make effective decisions.Executing strategic programs:Implementing promotional programs and achieving business goals.Coordinating online displays during key activations. Development of national eCommerce plans: Increasing the Company's market share through a joint business plan. Coordination of Omni Channel activations with customers.
