eCommerce Coordinator in ILIA Beauty

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a tech-savvy, detailed-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to assist with the daily operations and functionality of iliabeauty.com. Primary responsibilities include merchandising, content management and platform management.This role is hybrid (open to remote for US based candidates) and reports into our Director, CX.Responsibilities:Assisting in the day-to-day operations of ILIA Beauty’s suite of websites Execute sitewide content updates as it relates to product launches, monthly promotions, new site features, SEO, and merchandisingMaintain QA process in both the staging and production environments Maintain internal log of website copy to ensure accuracy across the businessImprove our SEO structure by managing product listings, adding image tags, image copy, url management and metafield copy updatesEnsure the accuracy, quality and consistency of images, copy, pricing, promotions, and inventoryCollaborate with marketing, creative and operations teams to ensure the success of ecommerce objectivesPartner with Project Managers to ensure scheduled tasks are on trackAssist with maintaining the ecommerce calendar, reporting, and data entryAssist in the management of website related apps within tech stack; including but not limited to subscriptions, loyalty, refer-a-friend, reviews, flows, etc. Support paid media and lifecycle marketing efforts, as neededJob requirementsConceptual understanding of ecommerce systems while being adept to learning new technologiesFamiliar with Shopify, Contentful, Klaviyo, Loyalty Lion, Recharge, Gorgias, Okendo, Loop Returns, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar softwareProactive in identifying problems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions and optimize experienceStrong interpersonal and communication abilities through verbal and written communication exchanges while engaging across all organizational hierarchiesWillingness to tackle any challenge, even if not directly relevant to core competenciesWhat We Would Like To Offer...Hourly Rate: $25-29/hour ($52,000-60,320 annually)*Bonus OpportunityHealth Benefits - 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision coverageFlex Time Off - No cap on personal time off and paid company holidaysSeasonal Flex Days - Flexible scheduling to enjoy extra time under the sun during the Spring & Summer seasonParental Leave - Up to 18 weeks paid parental leave401(k) - Save for your future with a 401(k) with a company matchFlexibility & Wellness Stipends - Monthly stipends to support remote work & self-careILIA Products - Quarterly stipend to replenish your favorite products and try new onesThis is the anticipated hourly rate for this position.
