What do you need to do?

• Organize work in the direction of mailings and personal offers
• Plan offers to retain and activate different loyalty customer segments
• Plan marketing communication for existing customers (email, viber, push) 
• Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and proposals
• Communicate with contractors
• Support the mailing process through the SalesForce Marketing Cloud tool 
• Work with the corporate team (France) to develop tools

Is this about you?

• Experience as an e-mail marketer (preferably in food retail)
• I know the mechanics of customer retention and return
• English at a level not lower than average (conversational)
• I have an understanding of the basic functions of HTML, SQL (preferred)
• I have knowledge of creating advertising emails, viber, sms mailings
• Developed communication skills, the ability to quickly adapt, learn
