How exactly you can influence the development of the company:

• Designing training programs, development and implementation of e-learning content with gamification: courses, video lessons, interactive exercises, cases, tests, etc.

• Administration of the LMS platform: configuration, updating, user management, activity monitoring

• Launching together with the head of e-learning for the Customer Experience department "from scratch": formation of processes, structure and standards for content creation, selection of tools and launch of educational programs and courses

• Implementation of gamification in LMS: creation of interactive tasks and mechanics that increase engagement teammates

• Analysis of training needs of divisions and determination of training goals

• Cooperation with internal trainers and experts to collect content and transform it into the necessary online formats (SCORM, video, interactive, microlearning)

• Analysis of training results: collection of feedback and statistics (passing, success, impact on KPI), preparation of reports and improvement of programs based on them

Challenges in 3 months:

• Familiarize yourself with the current goals and processes of the department's teams

• Create an e-learning framework (processes, standards, templates) for systematic work with online learning.

• Develop a learning trajectory for the department's teammates, including a sequence of courses, modules and formats according to the needs of the teams.

• Launch and convert the basic courses prepared together with the trainer into e-learning format

• Set up reporting in the LMS and prepare a dashboard with key learning indicators

To achieve results, you will need:

• Experience working as an Instructional Designer or E-learning specialist developer from 1.5 years

• Experience working with LMS platforms (preferably Collaborator)

• Experience creating electronic educational content with gamification elements: online courses, interactives, tests, cases, simulators

• Experience working with authoring tools (preferably Articulate 360)

artificial intelligence to create and optimize educational content, analyze results and personalize the experience of teammates

How do you regulate your working hours?

• classic five-day work week: 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00
