If you join us, you will: determine and analyze the needs for the development of distance electronic courses and tests; develop the design and development of distance learning electronic courses, modular programs and tests for the development of competences and knowledge of employees regarding products, tools, processes and procedures, in accordance with the needs of the Bank. Including h blended learning, gamified learning, interactive scenarios and simulators; develop methods for evaluating the effectiveness of distance learning (criteria, metrics); update electronic courses and tests and the organization of distance learning; develop and promote the Learning Portal and other management tools, including participation in Group activities and implementation new functionality; timely inform Bank employees about news and changes regarding distance learning and the Learning Portal; advise employees and managers of all levels, including top management on creation, appointment, conducting and updating of distance learning; manage projects and initiatives in accordance with the strategic goals of the division, the Bank and the Group; provide regular reporting on training and development of personnel; process and analyze information, form an action plan and provide recommendations for related to distance learning; deal with the automation and optimization of the distance learning process. This job was created just for you, if you have: a complete higher education (bachelor, master); development experience as an instructional designer (adult learning design) and e-learning developer using Articulate software or similar software from 1 year (in particular, experience in game developmentsimulated learning, blended learning, courses using videos, experience in creating simulators and tests, etc.); strong communication skills; critical thinking and the ability to analyze the situation; creating presentations in PowerPoint; It will be an advantage: experience with Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Piktochart and similar software; experience in graphic design and/or interface development; experience in design and process optimization; knowledge of the English language at the level of business communication; knowledge of UX/UI design approaches.
