E-Commers Director in SPECPROM-KR, TOV

The company SPECPROM - a manufacturer and online store of ballistic protection, tactical ammunition, tactical clothing, tactical footwear, overalls and special footwear is rapidly developing and needs a great specialist to join the team for the position of
E-Commerce Director.

Main duties:

• Development and implementation of development strategy < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">e-commerce
• Website and online store management
• Market and competitor analysis to find new ones opportunities
• Organization of marketing campaigns and promotion of products on the Internet
• Management of marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
• Conversion increase and optimization of user of experience on the site.
• Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPI).
• Using the CRM system and 1C to manage relationships with clients.
• Introduction of the latest technologies and innovations in e-commerce processes. 

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Deep understanding of the principles of e-commerce, digital marketing and analytics.
• Experience work with 1C.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on it.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
• li>Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems (eg Key CRM).
• Project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
