Compensation Starting annual compensation: €12,000 for 20 hours/week, moving to €24,000 for 40 hours/week based on performance .If you're experienced in e-commerce web design and ads, and thrive in a FAST environment, this role is for you.Showcase your expertise in Meta ads and CRO in your portfolio to be considered.About UsFuelerate is a growth partner agency for Shopify e-commerce brands, specializing in scaling through paid ads, creative strategy, and CRO.What You'll Do• Create high-quality landing pages and ads based on client needs.• Develop creative ideas in Figma with a strong CRO and Web focus.• Collaborate across time zones to deliver exceptional work.• Design Meta ads and CRO strategies that drive e-commerce success.
