1. Requirements for the candidate1.1. Mandatory (hard skills)
Experience as a marketing manager / digital marketing managerfrom 2 years (e-commerce is critically important).
Practical applicationвід роботи з:
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads);
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max);
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
Розуміння та вміння працювати з економікою маркетингу: ROMI/ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV.
Розуміння e-commerce воронки: трафік > конверсія > повторні продажі.
Досвід роботи з:
email / SMS-розсилками;
ремаркетингом;
UGC та креативами для реклами.
Практичний досвід роботи з сервісами автоматизації маркетингу та CRM, зокрема Klaviyo (email/SMS-флоу, сегментація, тригери).
Вміння працювати з інструментами для дизайну та прототипування на рівні маркетолога (читання, правки, коментарі), зокрема Figma.
Technical training skills for designers, copywriters, video makers.
Ability to work with CMS and e-commerce platforms (at the user level and setting tasks).

Experience of working with brands in niches:
workplaces, furniture, accessories;
technical / niche products.

2. Job description2.1. Main duties
Strategy and Planning
Formation and implementation of marketing strategy foreversolid.com.ua andpodavach.store.
Development of marketing plans (month / quarter) with clear KPIs.
Prioritization of channels and activities according to business goals.
Advertising channel management
Planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Control of advertising budgets and cost efficiency.
Hypothesis testing (audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages).
For Podavach: Compliance Controlpolicy/compliance advertising platforms (wording, creatives, account stability).
Analytics and reporting
Configuration and control of correctness of analytics (GA4, GTM, events, conversions).
Analysis of key indicators: CPA, ROAS/ROMI, CR, AOV.
Preparation of regular reports for management with conclusions and recommendations.
Content and Creatives
Formation of content strategy together with the team / contractors.
Production of TK on:
advertising banners;
video;
texts for website, advertising, email/SMS.
Quality control and compliance of brand creatives and campaign goals.
Working with contractors
Search, engagement and coordination of external specialists (design, video, targeting, copywriting).
Evaluation of the results of contractors KPI.
Site and funnel optimization
A/B initiation and control tests.
Working with site conversion improvement (CRO) together with the technical team.
Participation in the formation of UTP, offers, promotions.
3. Areas of responsibility
The result of marketing activities in the form of sales and profitability.
Effectiveness of using the marketing budget.
Quality and systematicity of marketing processes.
