Responsibilities: Provide technical support for e-commerce services Requirements for candidates: ITexperience: atleast 3years ofexperience inIT, particularly ine-commerce administration orsimilar systems.Operating system knowledge: deep understanding ofLinuxOS, including command line, file system, user and group administration, software installation, and configuration.Experience inadministering Apache Tomcat orApache Tomee: practical experience inmanaging and supporting application servers based onApache Tomcat orApache Tomee. This includes installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting ofthese servers.Knowledge ofnetwork protocols: understanding ofnetwork protocols such asTCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS. Important tobeable totroubleshoot network connections and diagnose communication issues.Database knowledge: basic knowledge ofdatabases such asOracle orPostgreSQL. Ability tocreate and execute SQL queries and procedures.Experience writing scripts inBash and Python.Experience working with Ansible.Knowledge ofmodern collaboration tools, such asConfluence and Jira.Problem-solving skills: ability toidentify and resolve issues ine-commerce and related systems. Ability towork instressful situations and react quickly toproblems isimportant.Communication skills: excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members, clients, and suppliers.English language: English proficiency level— Intermediate and above.Would beaplus:Knowledge ofinternational standards PCIDSS, PCI 3DSKnowledge ofpayment technologies and e-commerceExperience indevelopment and writing regulatory documents.
