This position will assist with Implementations, Ongoing Client Support, and collaboration with fellow team members.Your Day Will Consist OfInteract daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects to implement and support Dynamics 365 BC (cloud and on-premise)Provide training, configuration, support, and documentation expertise on conversions of various ERP software solutions (including Dynamics GP and Dynamics SL) to D365 BC cloudProvide both onsite and offsite consulting services as a functional consultationProactively identify, analyze, and respond to issues and risksCommunicate updates and status to project leadershipFoster teamwork through empowerment and maintain an inclusive environment for all team membersTravel to client sites, as neededHere is what it takes to be successful in the role:Advanced level of English5+ years’ experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAVExperience working in a consulting firmAbility to meet deadlines utilizing strong organizational habitsPossess a professional presence and strong presentation skills suitable for direct client interaction by telephone, video or in-personAbility to work closely with clients to define and document user requirements and functional specificationsExperience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business applicationExcellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present informationExcellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeedGeneral Knowledge of Microsoft TechnologiesAbility to quickly learn new business processes or applicationsAbility to express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to work independently on defined tasks Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferredBonus Points ForExperience with Financial Management a plusExperience with Inventory Management a plusExperience with Warehouse Management a plusWine or Food industry knowledge a plusExperience with reporting tools a plusOur Education ExpectationsBS/BA degree or equivalent industry experienceAbout EnavateBased in Tampa, FL, Enavate proudly holds the esteemed title of Microsoft Gold Partner.
