C1 Transport is an American logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides car hauling services throughout the US. ?

Due to company growth and development, we are looking for a motivated Driver Recruiter to join our team in the Kyiv Office. ?In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified CDL A drivers while ensuring full DOT/FMCSA compliance.

Key responsibilities:?

• source and recruit experienced CDL drivers through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• conduct screening interviews.
• coordinate interviews, drug tests, safety checks, and onboarding.
• collect and verify all required documents (CDL, MVR, medical card, work history).
• work closely with Safety and Operations to ensure timely hiring and driver readiness.
• maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular hiring reports.

Requirements:

• ??e?xperience recruiting CDL drivers (Car Haul, flatbed, stepdeck)
• understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• strong communication and organizational skills.
• ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
