• Experience with Zendesk or other ticket-based customer support platforms
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities
• Positive attitude and go-getter mentality
• Quick, eager learner
• Based in Warsaw

(50-65 calls/day on average) , Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing and verifying customer’s needs. , Act as the face of AutoBidMaster to influence customers to order from us again , Engaging potential customers in smart, consultative dialogue , Embody the Company Core Values in every interaction with customers, team members , Execute strategies to improve customer success and increase retention. ]
