Requirements:
- Higher education (economics or finance will be an advantage).
- Work experience in document management — 2 years.
- PC skills at the level of a confident user (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of M-Files, "Timely", SAP systems will be an advantage.< /li>
- High organizational skills, attention to detail and responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Initiating and monitoring the implementation of SARA-plans and change controls of the commercial department in the Veeva system.
- Control of compliance by the employees of the commercial department with the requirements of the pharmaceutical quality system of the company.
- Interaction with the suppliers and contractors of the company.
- Communication with internal and external partners.
- Compilation of monthly cash flow reports.
- Providing information on cash reserves.
- Working in SAP: creation and control of purchase orders (PR ), payment orders (PO).
- Coordination of legal review of counterparties in the EngageMate program.
- Organization of events for the commercial department (trainings, conferences, meetings, training).
- Ensuring compliance with the company's internal standards and procedures.
Organization of document flow:
- Work in the M-Files system: creation of payment requests, processing of invoices, acts of work performed, reports, control of their coordination and timely payment.
- Using the electronic document management system "Vchasno" to manage contractual documentation and reporting.
- Control of compliance of reporting with the conditions of contracts and the budget.
