MAJOR TASKS
- Assessing the needs of beneficiaries regarding the distribution of non-food products, determining priorities to ensure the most vulnerable segments of the population.
- Organization and implementation of the process of distribution of non-food products among target groups, including ensuring timely and effective distribution in accordance with the approved plans.
- Conducting post-monitoring activities to assess the effectiveness of the distribution of goods, studying the feedback of beneficiaries and making corrections in the distribution process if necessary.
- Maintaining detailed documentation regarding the distribution carried out, in particular, registration of received goods, quantities distributed items, as well as keeping records of beneficiaries and corresponding signatures.
- Timely provision of reporting on the distribution of goods, preparation reports for internal monitoring, the donor and other interested parties.
- Monitoring the implementation of distribution plans and deadlines, as well as solving problems that arise during distribution.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education or relevant experience in logistics, management or humanitarian work.
- Experience in distribution, especially in humanitarian organizations or aid distribution projects.

- Good knowledge of monitoring and reporting procedures.
- Ability to work with documentation and keep records of distributed goods.
- High organizational and communication skills skills.
- Ability to work under stress and changing circumstances.
